One of the authority’s institutions is an institute for qualifying women’s cadres and organizing training courses for leaders and advanced women’s cadres on the basis of successful leadership of modern management and adopting quality standards for evaluating programs and projects through setting up interactive workshops and discussion forums aimed at self-development and deepening the concept of positivity and updating institutional work in accordance with international best practices and developing capabilities Women workers in the women’s leadership bodies in the Arab world grant diplomas and develop their plans and academic courses in coordination with the Authority’s General Secretariat.
